ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW SUBMITTAL FORM

*all fields required (submit entry into all fields. If it doesn't apply, put NA into that field)

Required submittals for exterior components shall include, but not be limited to the following items:
Exterior Cladding (type, color (main body, trim), Roofing (pitch, type, color), Window frame color,
Site plan, Setbacks, Landscape plan, Tree removal notation.
