Hello neighbors!
If you know anyone interested in a beautiful mountain home with long range year round views please let them know our Brown Haven Macintosh model will be available this summer. We are the last house on New Forest Rd #958.

The house has LVP flooring, custom blinds throughout and custom doors on the laundry room and pantry. Extended screened in back porch is a perfect place to enjoy the gas firepit (included) and additional deck seating below provides a shady spot for a cold drink or grilling after working in the established mini garden.

From Sprinkles Sanitation on 2/1/2026:

Hello everyone!

After assessing road conditions and seeing that the temperature is not supposed to rise above freezing until midday tomorrow, we have decided not to run our normal trash route on Monday. We will pick everyone’s trash up a day later.

This is our plan for the week (Feb 2-5):
  • Monday route will be picked up Tuesday.
  • Tuesday route will be picked up Wednesday.
  • Wednesday route will be picked up Thursday.
  • Thursday route will be picked up Friday.

We hope you all stay safe and warm!
